Disabling SC follow-up

    Hi Marta Jacuk-Zurak, we currently don't have an option to turn it off when the EAP is enabled for your account. If necessary, I can remove you from the EAP for the time being.

    What are the reasons you'd want to disable this functionality?

    Hi Toby,

    I wanted to sign for this EAP on my production environment. So if during the development if something would go wrong and impact daily work on my environment, I would like to have a possibility to disable it.

    Taking under consideration that this feature cannot be disabled, I assuming that it will be a standard functionality of Side Conversation after releasing it?

    Hi Marta, there's not a way to disable the behavior, as this will be standard functionality after the release. However, if it causes problems during the EAP please let us know what's happening and we can remove you from the feature while we work on fixing it.
