Date Format in user profile DD/MM/YYYY

    Hello Shiva Sesham,

    The date format that appears on the email notification is based on the language that is set on the user profile but unfortunately, there is no way in the settings to change the date format. It will just follow the standard date formatting of the selected language. If this is something you would like to see change I'd recommend posting in our product feedback forum so our devs can consider this in a future update.

    James here from the Product team.

    At the moment we don't have any plans to allow re-formatting of the date on the user's profile beyond what we currently support with language setting - as Devan has described.

    Anymore detail you can add, such as why this is critical for your business, would be greatly appreciated and allow us to assess the feedback for all Zendesk customers.

    Hi James 

    DD/MM/YYYY format is commonly used and we import users to Zendesk with Date of Birth and copy paste from our CRM to Zendesk makes our job easy 

    Your help is appreciated and saves lot of Admin time
