The error occurs without a pattern, on average for every 3-4 tickets and does not allow us to perform actions with the request (send pending, assign the rest) Our volume of work is about 1500-3000 requests from clients per day and at times of a large number of client requests this error is very greatly slows down the work (you have to do the same action 2 times)
The error occurs when we process a ticket and send it pending, or assign it to another operator, in general, any time you click on the following options:
We checked all the standard solution actions on our part (changing browsers, clearing the cache, etc.)
