Chat Disconnected after operating hours
Hi, Team.
We have this scenario when one of our chat consultants received a chat prior to the end of our operating hours.
Chat Received at 4:28AEST and operating hours will end on 4:30PM
As soon as operating hours end the chat has dropped as well.
Do you the reason and please advise for the fix.

Naively a chat should not drop due to an agent's end of shift time taking place. If this is a one time thing or happens sparsely, it could be caused by a connection issue or other technical issues. I would start by following the steps in the article on troubleshooting your Chat connection and see if this is the culprit. If this behavior continues, please let us know so we can investigate further.
