Add ability to manually link parent and child tickets
It could be handy to have a way to manually make one ticket a child of another ticket. This could come in handy in situations where tickets need to be merged to prevent duplicate issues from being open. It would also facilitate workflows where the child ticket was created first then needed to be linked to the parent ticket.

I'm also interested in this feature, it would help us in our internal process! It's necessary for us because our child tickets are only internal to our product team. And I also have a third party app calculating the priority of internal tickets using the values of some ticket fields (representing the impact in our customer), so I need to create the ticket first and then link it to the external ticket as a side conversation.
