    Hello Nicole,

    thanks for the feedback.

    The issue was the chat was broken directly here on the support.zendesk.com website. So I am was not able to use the chat. You can see in the screenshot the JavaScript error message. I dont know if the error currently still appears.

    Hey Hans-Peter,

    I'm not able to replicate this error on my end when trying to access the widget. Are you able to test this from a Chrome Incognito window to see if that helps?
