I have a use case in Explore to get the country where a ticket was logged from - I am aware that the country may not always be correct for the reasons listed here: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/227136288-How-does-Zendesk-capture-the-location-of-the-end-user-
So far, using the Ticket Updates dataset, I have been able to access the Updater location via the End-User updates metric, however I am only interested in getting the Updater location for the initial comment on the ticket.
Is there a way to filter down to just the initial comment? Or if anyone has any other suggestions on how to get this data in Explore, I'd appreciate the assistance.
