Global View on Final User Fields

Is it possible to display into Agents view all fields with all user custom fields?
IE : My agents need to have some informations from users to answer tickets. This information are set in user fields (pushed by an API from a CRM).
But when their are on the answering page, they are not able to see directly informations. they have to click on customer, modify...
It's quite time consuming.

You may want to take a look at the Customer Context feature. If that doesn't give you all the information you're looking for, you can use Sunshine user profiles to populate additional information as mentioned here: Adding Sunshine user profiles and events to customer context in a ticket
