Prior to signing with Zendesk,I did product demo's with both Zendesk and Dialpad and they both told me that they would integrate with each other. I am not finding anything that shows this is accurate. I am only seeing an app for Zendesk Support. We need our appointment setters to be able to dial directly from Sell for the sake of speed.
Any feedback or support with this would be greatly appreciated.
