  Hey,

  I think it's the permission issue that defined by Account Owner. May be you are not guide manager or may BE you don't have the permission as a agent. to edit guide.

  Thank you for the feedback Ifra. Somehow, I am now able to assign a new template. It is very strange that it did not work for me at first. But at least for now, this feature is working.
