I have a question on how to "Archive" an organization. The use case would be when a client churns, we want to keep the history of the tickets and organization but we don't want to message clients that are historical. Right now, after every ticket is solved there is a automated message sent 2 days later to ask for a CSAT survey. The problem we have now is that there are historical tickets that are a few years old from several old clients that we would like to close out, but we don't want to message these clients and would like to silently mass close some of these tickets. I understand there is the option to exclude organizations in the automations, but I want to see if there is another way to achieve this with either a "Historical/churned" option or something of the sorts to help with the use case above.
