    Hey Andrew,

    Can you confirm that you've Activated your Help Center for end-users? More information here: Activating your Help Center

    It sounds like your Help Center may be restricted which means your end-users don't have a landing page to navigate to.

    Let me know if you continue to experience issues on your end!

    Brett, can you confirm that Essential plan includes this? If it does not how we can we ensure that the users are emailing us from their valid email address without verifying their sign up?

    Hey Andrew,

    This option should be available on Support Essential and Guide Lite. You just wouldn't have access to the Customer Portal for users to track their own tickets through.

    Are you not seeing the option to activate your Help Center using the instructions I provided?

    Yes it looks like this is active. So is the issue that you try to resend the verification email using these steps: Resending a verification email

    And the user receives that 404 error? Did you make any plan changes recently that could be causing this? I assume you're using the native login functionality for your end-users and not SSO correct?

    Hey,

    I haven't tried to re-send the verification. If there is a new email and for example I open the first ticket to him he gets a welcome email with a link to set password but as soon as he clicks on it he get access denied message.
