I was able to create an automation to leave Facebook tickets open for a year before closing.
This was to place answered tickets out of our queue but still be able to work on them if a comment came in.
I then discovered that my tickets were closing after 28 days and this has led us to now miss updates on those posts.
I was informed that tickets close automatically after 28 days.
Please can changes be made so that triggers/ automations that fall outside the parameters of Zendesk are advised?
