    Hello Rahul,

I would recommend the Update Country and/or Update Country and Region attributes from the Ticket Updates dataset. This would be the closest you could get for an Explore version from Insights.

Update country The country from which a ticket update was initiated.
Update country and region The country and region from which a ticket update was initiated.

    Best regards.

Is there a way to have as a table in two rows, the update Country - for end-user - and another row with the end-users email.

For example, we're bringing out a feature that will only be available in a specific country, so we want to export the emails and the country to do so.

Devan - Community Manager thanks for your reply with the below attributes of the ticket- update. But I am struggling to fetch that out and how to use it?

Update country The country from which a ticket update was initiated.
Update country and region The country and region from which a ticket update was initiated.

Can you help share an example and how in explore I can create metrics which can utilize these attributes?

    Hello Rahul,

I would recommend starting with these two articles that breakdown how being using attributes and metrics to build a query within Explore. These two should be enough o get your started building your report but let us know if you still have any questions.

    Getting started creating queries

Adding metrics and attributes to queries

    Best regards.
