[Explore recipe] creating a report for Avg. case volume per region
Hey Folks,
Are there any metrics similar to what we have in Insights where we can fetch out the tickets that are being created region wise and then do aggregation on the same?
Need your input on this to create a report for fetching out the average case volume per region.

Hello Rahul,
I would recommend the Update Country and/or Update Country and Region attributes from the Ticket Updates dataset. This would be the closest you could get for an Explore version from Insights.
Update country The country from which a ticket update was initiated. Update country and region The country and region from which a ticket update was initiated. Best regards.

Is there a way to have as a table in two rows, the update Country - for end-user - and another row with the end-users email.
For example, we're bringing out a feature that will only be available in a specific country, so we want to export the emails and the country to do so. -
