    I cannot find my AE as no one replies my emails, tickets and phone calls. Could anyone in Sales team help? Payment due date is coming and no one helps us. I don't want my account to be suspended.

    Hey Kennis,

    Even though your payment is due on the 19th, there should be a grace period before your account would even get suspended. You'll receive multiple emails notifying you before an account suspension takes place so I wouldn't worry to much about that.     If something does happen with your account definitely reach out to us either here or directly within your account :)
