Safari and Firefox users cannot complete account creation
I recognize this has been reported before but I did not see specifics about Firefox. Today testing workflows for my org in preparation for launch I discovered that both on Mobile and Desktop Firefox and Safari users cannot click submit button to complete the creation of their account after entering a username and password.
It appears however, an account is actually created for the users, but the password is not set. So the user needs to reset the password on their account, and then can log in and see the ticket they created on their portal.
We tested this on all platforms for mobile and desktop (Android iOS macOS and Windows)
I recognize there isn't a fix, but this is going to be confusing for the end user, can we potentially inform users before creating accounts that they cannot use those 2 browsers? I feel like this could be a significant barrier to entry and some users may just give up instead of trying to troubleshoot. Considering as of today iOS forces users to use Safari I am very concerned on how this might affect the contacts we receive, as well as our customer's impression of us once we transition to Zendesk.
Thank you
