    Unfortunately it is not possible to disabled all inbound calls, as described here there are some work arounds: Can I turn off inbound calls on Zendesk Talk?

    Another solution would be to delete your talk number entirely, and then add an external number to your Talk account to use for outbound calls. This external number would have to be hosted by a different carrier outside of your Zendesk account.
