How can I add comment using automation?
Is there any way to create a public comment with Automation?
For example, I need to create a reminder to update the ticket. I need that reminder to be displayed on the ticket.
Is seems that only emails can be sent, but they are not registered as a comment on the ticket, therefore they are invisible to users and the customer.

The only way to do this that I know of is using an unsupported method. This uses an http or url target which creates a public comment.
