A few months ago we installed the Super Admin app. I was using it each month to find users that were missing tags and other applicable information. This was something that I would do each month and this new tool was making it much easier to find all of them and mass update them. It was also very useful in seeing how many active vs. suspended users we had so we could quickly see our growth.
Last month I went to use it and found that I was only able to sort per page and that the total counts were now by page. I reached out to Zendesk Support and was told this was done for performance issues. I totally get having to address issues for performance reasons as our company makes software and reporting tools and has to address that regularly too. The problem is, though, that now I need to go through each page which we have 74 pages. For our purpose, this makes the tool pretty much worthless.
We use the APIs for some other monthly reporting but I am not technical and need to rely on others for this. This Super Admin tool allowed me to quickly makes updates to users and get counts based on tags and such as a non-technical person.
Does anyone else use this app for a similar purpose? Any way around this issue so I can find it useful again? When it was originally released it seriously saved me 3 - 4 hours of work a month as I could do in about 30 minutes what took me half a day before.
