I need to be able to bulk delete attachments from tickets (regardless of status). This would need to be done for hundreds and maybe thousands of tickets for our company, about 6 months after they have been sent to us, so the tickets are nearly always closed. It's unrealistic to be able to delete these on an individual basis once they reach this sort of volume.
Do you think this is something that will be solved in the near future? It would be good to know, otherwise we will have to review our internal policies to ensure we GDPR compliant.
