    Hi Cornelia! Unfortunately, there isn't a way to increase the number of Views you're able to see within the Agent UI.

    At my last company, we used an app called Quickie to help you quickly navigate to other ticket views which was really helpful. It might be worth checking out here

    Otherwise, you could look at either broadening your views to include a wider range of tickets so that your team is working out of a smaller number of views (if you need help brainstorming on this, just let me know), restricting specific views to a smaller number of agents via ticket groups, or encouraging your agents to bookmark specific views in their web browser. 

    I've also found taking advantage of building out personal views to be really helpful since those do appear at the very bottom of the shared view lists. However, it doesn't sound like that's a great option for your specific use case, but wanted to throw that out as an option as well.
