    Hi Matt,

    Two things to check here, is the username and password correct in the target? Make sure they belong to a user that has permissions to add the comments on the ticket.

    Hi Dan,

    I was using my Zendesk login and I'm a admin on the account. Should I be using the account owner's credentials?
