Hi, our custumers are configured customized, and I need to quickly understand witch organization is requesting this ticket. There is about 10 users in each oraganization, så the requesters name does not give me enough in this view. I need to see the oraganization. Since I can not create a customized view where I am cc this is my only hope: Add the organization as a column in this view.
