    Hi!

    This issue can be caused when you don't have a help center activated in Guide. 

    If you need help activating your Guide, you can find instructions on how to do so here:
    https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/203664346-Getting-started-with-Guide-Setting-up
    under the heading, Activating Help Center.

    hi guys,

    thank you for your replies this has been all sorted out last night. the issue was maybe is with the save accounts in the browser especially in gmail. that's why we think it is getting a conflict with zendesk.
