Is it possible not to send emails only to certain administrators when creating a ticket?

    Hey,

    You can open the trigger that sends out tickets and add this rule:

     

    You could also if you wish to exclude a specific user:

    Tag the user with "NO_ALERT" and add this to the trigger;

    The trigger can be found in Admin >> Triggers and should be called something similar to Alert Agents for Ticket created
