    Hi Aidan! Based on what you've described, it sounds like you'll want to select the Full Resolution Time - Business Hours as the Metric and then select Ticket ID as the Row. For the Visualization Type, you'll want to select a Table.

    Since you're looking at Full Resolution Time by Ticket ID, and a single ticket can only have one Full Resolution Time, you should see the same Full Resolution Time numbers being reported whether you select SUM, AVG, MIN, etc. Hope this helps!
