We use the legacy Zendesk app in Salesforce.
Before updating the integration I tried the upgrade in the sandbox (Zendesk and Salesforce) and during this process
1) I was asked to choose Salesforce Sandbox/Production
2) When I installed the package in Salesforce Sandbox it created the "Salesforce Integration for Zendesk" connected app and "Zendesk_Ticket_View" lighting component.
Now when move to production
1) I was not prompted to connect the Salesforce Sandbox/Production (and it could be due to the fact that these are connected)
2) The package did not install the "Salesforce Integration for Zendesk" connected app and "Zendesk_Ticket_View" lighting component.
But the integration seems to be working . So what am I missing? What will happen when I remove the Zendesk legacy app from Salesforce?
