We used to have 3 field options + the NULL option in the dropdown menu of a ticket field.
One of those ticket field options (including its tag) was overwritten with a new value name and a new tag name. I know this is not how it is supposed to be done.
Ever since, the old tag name appears in the list, together with the 3 desired field options + the NULL option AND an option 'Permanently Deleted'.
Is there a way to not display the old tag name in the drop-down menu of the ticket field? It was removed from all tickets (even the closed ones).
