Zendesk notifications
It seems all Zendesk notifications are always being flagged as promotions by Google's mail servers (even if they are marked not as promotion). This impacts our ability to be aware of a task that may require our attention. Anything that can be done for this?

Have you tried moving one of those notifications to your primary inbox? Usually when you do this Gmail will ask if you want all emails from that sender to go to your inbox instead of promotions, and then you can select "yes" and it will reclassify them in that instance of Gmail.
