Explore can't do that natively. However, it might be possible to do it with the API to create a custom field in Support and have an app copy the description field into a custom field.

You can only add it for new tickets or update tickets manually (or via API) when tickets are not yet closed.
Once a ticket is closed the ticket information related to it cannot be adjusted. -
Should I create a method to automatically place the description data in another field?
