Hi, we have been using Zendesk with Salesforce integration in the past, and we discontinued it.
However, Zendesk Support Ticket records were left in our Salesforce system and we continued to use them because they held some important data. We noticed that several days ago all Zendesk Support Ticket fields and records are missing from our page layouts and even the Zendesk Support Ticket tab is missing from the App Launcher.
No permissions have been changed, but not even system administrators can see any Zendesk records or fields anymore. Can you explain what changed, and how can we get our data back?
Apparently the Zendesk_Zendesk_Ticket__c object can't even be queried anymore through the API. Does anybody have any advice?
