We have Organizations that have many Users. These users will sometimes call in and give their name as 'Danny', so we create that user for that org and address their ticket.
Later, that same person emails in as 'Dani', this adds this user to the Org as well.
Instead of having to do user searches and then check if it's the Org we are looking for, we would love to go to the Org and quickly see all users in alpha order. That way we could see a Dani and a Danny and check if this is actually the same person or a whole other Danny.
Why can't we sort them by Alpha order at all? Would really be helpful for our support team.
