We are using the Out of Office App for our agents. This app will go through and remove the out of office agent for all of the open tickets and place a tag in all pending tickets so when they become open the out of office agent is then removed. All is good!
Here is our issue that keeps happening. The agents go in and mark themselves out of the office. They are getting an error that not all tickets were updated. They then go in and mark themselves back in the office and then do this again. They normally get the error several times.
As an admin, I have duplicated the issue several times. Sometimes they do not realize the error came up and many tickets that are open are still assigned to the out of office agent. This causes issues for our customer since the tickets wait for the Out of Office Agent.
Are others getting this behavior? Is there something on the tickets that is causing this issue? Is there something an Admin can do to troubleshoot? Are there logs that can be reviewed?
