    Hi Edd - Great question! You're seeing this behavior due to the one-to-many relationship that tags have with tickets. 

    However, you can definitely achieve this by creating a Standard Calculated Metric using the NOT INCLUDES_ANY logic. This example should be a helpful one for you to review.

    Once this new metric has been created, you could then report on the number of tickets, excluding those with that specific tag. Hope that helps!
