    Double check the date ranges you are using and which attribute you are using for date.  You will get different results if you are looking for a count of tickets from "date created" versus count of tickets from "date solved".  

    Also for group, remember the tickets dataset will only report on the current assigned group on a ticket.  If the group could be reassigned in your ticket, you will need to use the ticket updates dataset.  Here is a recipe about reporting on groups, if that helps you: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025454293-Explore-recipe-Tracking-ticket-assigns-across-groups
