We are using the Zendesk license as a form of support for our customers. The users have the possibility to get to Zendesk via the application available in Apple and Google store. We have observed that for Apple phones users there is a constant problem with CAPTCHA which is starting every time the user is clicking on the support button (which redirects to Zendesk). The problem is both for not logged and logged-in users - and we have to make the access to Zendesk for both of them.
Could anyone help me with my problem?
