Does Zendesk Reach has a campaign tool? How to run campaigns?

    Thanks for reaching out! Would you mind clarifying what types of features and functionality you are looking for from a campaign tool in Sell? I would be happy to clarify if Sell's native functionality will work for you or if you will need to look for third party integration options :)

    The features what i am looking for are as below.

    • Creating campaigns filtering data Such as based on Age, Location, Industry etc...
    • Viewing results before publishing or expecting campaigns
    • Selecting channels (SMS, Whatsapp, Email etc..)
    • Staggering campiagns
    • SplitA/B
    • Control Group
    • Multiple Frequencies etc.

    Could you please highlight which are all the features are available from the above list.

    HI Sreeni,

    Happy to try and clarify the functionality of Reach and where you may need additional resources: 

    • Creating campaigns filtering data Such as based on Age, Location, Industry etc...
      When you bulk enrich from a Smart List you can filter by any of our standard fields or your custom fields. For example, add the "Industry" column and apply a filter or add your own "Age" custom field and filter the list before enriching.  

    • Viewing results before publishing or expecting campaigns
      Reach is used to prospect for new Leads, enrich current data in your account, and create and automate email sequences to automate personalized outreach. You can view any new data in columns in a Smart List

    • Selecting channels (SMS, Whatsapp, Email etc..)
      Prospecting and Enriching only occurs through the Reach Add-On. To use the Engagement function of Reach you must integrate your email. Other channels of communication (SMS) can be used for contacting people, but are not a feature of Reach. See the articles: Using calls and text in Sell Voice.

    • Staggering campaigns
      To configure your email outreach sequence, see the article: Sending an email sequence to leads in Sell.

    • SplitA/B, Control Group, Multiple Frequencies etc.
      To my knowledge, these are not features of Reach, but please feel free to post this feedback in the Sell Community pages for other users to comment and upvote. Additionally, there may be a Marketplace, third-party, or Zapier integration that helps address your need!
