I've noticed that on the Requests List page, the drop down filter that filters the tickets based on status has stopped working. It literally does nothing.
We have a theme that's been customized by the previous admin of our Zendesk environment, who has since moved on. The changes went live sometime close to the end of last year, and no one reported any issues, but I've had some customers report that this filter is not working. I really have no way of knowing if it stopped working recently, or if it was a result of the changes.
Anyway, I've tried going through the template to see what might be causing the issue, but I'm at a loss. Comparing the template from this theme to our previous one, which appears to be based on Copenhagen, the request table form is quite different. I've tried replacing the newer form with the older one, changing out the entire template for the requests page for the old one.
The old theme works fine, and I could revert back, but so many changes have been done that doing so would create more issues.
How can I get this filter working again?
Note: Its been a while since I touched any kind of HTML, CSS, etc and we are using V1 of the template API.
