    Hi James,

    You shouldn't copy whole form of request list page, just copy that filter code and paste new one that looks like:

     <div class="request-table-filter">

          {{label 'status' for='request-status-select' class='request-filter request-filter-label'}}

          {{select 'status' id='request-status-select' class='request-filter'}}

        </div>

    And I think this issue comes from script code, It isn't working so may be script code not exist. So once you should compare your script status code with your old one but make sure both themes have same API version of template.

    Thanks

    Thank you Ifra Saqlain

    Can you tell me where I can check the script code?

    Yes, you can check on script.js  file. there is status code something like:

    .on("..." , ......(){
    search();
    }

    If your theme hasn't this script code then you have to add this code , you can put from your old theme as you said you are using v1 templating so you have to put this script code from API v1 theme.

    I hope it resolve your issue :)

    Thanks

    Thank you Ifra Saqlain. That was it!

    The script.js file on the current theme was missing pretty much all of the content from the previous theme, including the script to make this drop down function. After copying it to the file on the current theme, it works perfectly!

    Thanks again!
