• Zendesk Support Administrator Certification Prep & Practice Package- This full day event is designed to get you ready for our Zendesk Support Admin Certification exam in the most efficient and collaborative way. We assume that you come to us having a strong basic knowledge of the Support product, and have taken our Support I & II courses. (Agenda) (December 9)

• Zendesk Explore CX Analyst Certification Prep & Practice Package-This full day track is ideal if you want to get certified as a Zendesk Explore Analyst and want help with exam prep. We'll take an interactive approach to reviewing the key features of Explore and walk you through several scenarios to test your skills at applying what you know. Pre-requisite: Zendesk Explore I & II or its equivalent. (Agenda) (December 10)
