Ever tried getting a refund ?
I allowed myself to be steered down the pay annually route, as sites tend to like to do these days (who the hell pays annually), and compounded matters by trying to change my subscription only to find the site default selects every product under the sun for you (I may have even signed up for a gym membership)
Try contacting your "account manager" to discuss and reverse this......good luck

It looks like both of your tickets have been routed appropriately and your sales representative has been engaged. I added some notes to increase the urgency of your tickets.
