How to add an internal reference to my article?
Hi guys,
in order to properly manage my articles, I'd like to add an internal unique reference to each article. However, I don't want this reference to be displayed for the end-users one I publish the article.
Any idea how I could achieve this?

Just spitballing here, but couldn't you use the internal ID that Zendesk assigned to each article?
If you want to add a custom ID, maybe you could add the reference as a Label? You'd be able to see it when you are working with the article in Guide, and search on it in the help center, but I think you'd have to use the API if you wanted to pull the data out.
Instead of that, you could just keep an external spreadsheet mapping ID to article.
