AnsweredIs there a way to multiply levels in the Ticket Fields when using a drop down. Like Application Inquiry; then under that have (First Round Interview; Notification Inquiry; Posting Inquiry) Then Employee Relation Inquiry: (Performance Management: Workplace Harassment: Service Awards) If it is not available is that something that can be looked into?
