    Hey @Stephen Jones,

    I am not sure if this functionality is available on the Pro plan, but on the Support Enterprise, you can on the Organizational Level control if users of this organization "Can view own tickets only" or "Can view all org tickets" and you can set the setting of ".. But not add comments" or "... and add comments."

    You can also on the end-user profile set if the individual end-user should be able to "View and edit own tickets only" or "View tickets from users org"
