I need one info. We wanted to use Zendesk workspace omnichannel composer in one of our zendesk accounts help-at-trueai.zendesk.com. We have migrated to Zendesk workspace. But, we are not able to still see omnichannel composer.
As per this documentation https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360052292154-Composing-messages-in-the-Zendesk-Agent-Workspace, it says the changes will be rolled out to all the clients by Sept 30th 2020. But, we want it before that, as we wanted to test compatibility of one of our existing products on this composer as early as possible.
So, Is it possible to get access to the omnichannel composer before sept 30th or as early as possible. So, we can test our product and make changes before our clients get affected.
