How to implement custom owner assignment logic?
Is there an inline way on the contact form to assign a specific owner based on a custom field?
Zendesk Sell supports round robin assignment, but we've specific owners for specific contact types.
We could fall back to the REST API, but that seems a bit heavy weight, plus there'll be a delay between when a contact is created and when the correct owner is assigned.

If you have a moment to post this feedback on our Sell Community Feedback page, I would encourage you to do so! At this time, you cannot automatically assign ownership based on a custom field value in Sell. However, this is great feedback for our Product Team and absolutely worth considering in a future update! A post in the Sell Community Feedback section can get upvotes from other community members who share a similar need for that functionality.
