HTML markings in preview of our tickets
Hi everyone.
Recently we started to see this king of remainder html code in 90% our tickets previews.
Not sure if we changed something in our settings since then. It is kind of inconvinient - the code takes all the place and we cant actually preview anything.
Is there any chance to get the previews to a normal state?

Are you using the API to generate tickets? This usually occurs when the ticket is created via API.

No, we are not.
Those are simple tickets, created from email. Mostly additions to previously closed tickets from users.

Ok, so these are follow-up tickets? Are you seeing this on other tickets as well, or just on ones that are related to previously closed tickets?

Yes, now that i look into it closely, those are all follow-ups
