This may seem like an odd question, but what is the reason of having Solved Status and Closed Status, if there is no way for the users/clients to verify that a ticket can move from Solved to Closed. I could be missing something entirely, but the move between Solved vs Closed only appears possible with the trigger. It seems like it should be something that the agent marks as solved and the user can verify and approve to close? Thanks in advance for any help.
