A user working as a light agent, she can see her tickets in the cc ticket veiw, but not the "next ticket"-arrow.

The better solution is this: Creating a view that shows tickets  with ccs  because in such a list you can use an arrow to read the next and the next ticket, and customice the columns.

But as long as we wait: Can the cc list offer the arrow "next" witch is so usefull. Can you add it for cc list view?
