Would be awesome if Conditional Fields could look at the values of field entries rather than the field as a whole.

Example: 2 dropdown fields exist - Field A and Field B. Field A options are 1, 2, and 3, and Field B options are 4, 5, and 6. Put in a condition that says if Field A is 1 then Field B can't be 4.
